Comparing the best Freight Rate Management Software of 2026 includes 1. GoComet 2. Xeneta 3. CargoEZ 4. Freightos WebCargo 5. CargoWise 6. Transporeon 7. Magaya Supply Chain 8. Cargoson 9. Logi-Sys 10. Descartes Forwarder Enterprise.

TL;DR

  • GoComet: best overall for AI reverse-auction sourcing and freight-rate audit. Contract and spot rates in one repository, with invoice reconciliation that catches GRI and surcharge overbilling. Capterra 4.8/5 across 51 reviews.
  • Xeneta: best for benchmarking rates against real market data before you negotiate. Crowd-sourced ocean and air contract and spot levels; limited software-review coverage, so judged on documented capability.
  • CargoEZ: best for forwarders that want contract and spot rates inside the same engine that builds the quote. G2 4.8/5 across 40 reviews. An honest top-3, since dedicated procurement and benchmarking tools lead for pure rate management.
  • Freightos WebCargo: best for pulling live air and ocean spot rates and booking them in one step. G2 4.3/5 across 28 Capterra reviews, the deepest track record in this group.
  • CargoWise: best for large forwarders managing thousands of contract rates and NVOCC tariffs on one data model. G2 4.3/5, but Capterra 2.9/5 and the 2025 Value Pack repricing raised many costs 20 to 50 percent.

Freight rate management is where margin leaks. An expired ocean contract, a GRI that never made it into the quote, a sell rate still built on last quarter's BAF. This compares ten platforms that store, version, and apply contract, spot, and NVOCC tariff rates for US forwarders, from dedicated procurement and benchmarking tools to the rate engines inside forwarding suites. Where the rate data comes from, how surcharges and expiry are handled, and which tool fits how you buy and sell capacity.

What is freight rate management software?

Freight rate management software stores a forwarder’s buy and sell rates, contract, spot, and NVOCC tariff, together with their surcharges, validity dates, and version history, then applies them to quotes and bookings.

Dedicated procurement and benchmarking platforms such as GoComet, Xeneta, and Freightos WebCargo lead for sourcing and market intelligence, while suites like CargoEZ, CargoWise, and Magaya manage rates inside the quoting and operations workflow.

How we chose these tools

Rankings weight documented rate-management capability, meaning contract, spot, and NVOCC tariff handling, surcharge automation, expiry and versioning, and margin rules, alongside G2 and Capterra review volume and satisfaction read from live pages in August 2026, pricing from vendor pages and third-party databases checked the same date, and named integration evidence. Pure visibility platforms, shipper-only TMS rating engines, and forwarding suites where rate management is an incidental module are noted but not ranked. Vendor blogs and vendor-run comparison pages were not used as neutral evidence.

Best overall for AI-driven rate procurement and reverse-auction sourcing across ocean and air

What's great

  • Reverse-auction RFQ engine pushes a lane to a panel of carriers and forwarders at once and ranks structured bids automatically, which compresses a multi-day tender into hours
  • Contract awards and spot quotes sit in one repository with validity windows, and the freight-audit module reconciles each carrier invoice against the stored rate to catch GRI, PSS, and BAF overbilling
  • Fast rollout, with reviewers on Capterra and Gartner Peer Insights citing adoption in weeks and responsive support

Watch-outs

  • It is a procurement and audit layer, not a forwarding operations or accounting system, so it runs alongside your file-management platform
  • Rate data from smaller regional carriers can lag, so spot coverage is strongest on the major trades
  • Deep integration into a legacy ERP carries a setup learning curve

GoComet is built around the sourcing event itself. Its reverse-auction RFQ tool sends a lane to a panel of carriers and forwarders, collects structured bids, and ranks them, so procurement stops living in a spreadsheet and an inbox.

Contract awards and spot quotes land in the same rate repository with validity dates, and the freight-audit module reconciles each carrier invoice against the stored rate plus surcharges, flagging GRI, PSS, and BAF discrepancies. On Capterra it holds 4.8/5 across 51 reviews , with strong Gartner Peer Insights marks for ease of adoption.

What it does not do is manage the shipment file or post to a ledger, so most forwarders run it next to CargoEZ, Magaya, or CargoWise.

Best for teams whose core pain is competitive sourcing and catching overbilled surcharges. Wrong as a single system of record for the shipment.

Best for benchmarking ocean and air rates against real market data before you negotiate

What's great

  • Crowd-sourced database of contracted and spot rates from shippers and forwarders moving real volume, so you negotiate against actual market levels rather than a carrier's opening number
  • Ocean and air coverage with lane-level detail, plus alerts when a corridor moves past a threshold you set, which is usually when GRIs and PSS announcements follow
  • Analyst-grade market intelligence and forecasting that larger forwarders use in quarterly carrier reviews

Watch-outs

  • It is a benchmarking and intelligence tool, not a rate repository or quoting engine, so it informs pricing rather than storing or applying it
  • Pricing is enterprise and quote-only, and the value scales with how much you actually negotiate
  • Smaller forwarders on niche trades may find thinner data on their specific lanes

Xeneta answers one question well. Is the rate on the table actually competitive. It aggregates contracted and spot rates from a large base of shippers and forwarders, then shows the market low, high, and average for a lane before you sit down with a carrier.

The ocean and air freight rate benchmarks are lane-level, and rate-movement alerts flag when a corridor shifts. Larger forwarders lean on the forecasting for quarterly carrier reviews.

It does not hold your own contract rates or build quotes, so it sits upstream of a rate-management or quoting platform. Independent software-review coverage is limited, so this assessment rests on documented capability from the Xeneta platform and its use in procurement teams.

Best for forwarders and shippers who negotiate enough volume to move the needle with better market data. Wrong for teams that need a place to store and apply rates operationally.

Best for forwarders that want contract and spot rates inside the same engine that builds the quote

What's great

  • Contract rates, NVOCC tariffs, and spot quotes live in the same platform that produces the customer quote, house bill, and invoice, so a won rate flows into operations with no re-keying
  • Surcharge tables for GRI, PSS, BAF, and local charges attach to a base rate with their own validity dates, and expiring rates are flagged before they go stale
  • Margin and markup rules can be set per customer, lane, or trade so quoting stays consistent across a sales team, with multi-currency handling built in

Watch-outs

  • Rate benchmarking against outside market data is not its job, so pair it with Xeneta or GoComet if competitive intelligence matters
  • G2 review base is small at 40, so third-party validation is thinner than Freightos or Magaya
  • Pricing is quote-only with no public tiers

CargoEZ, from AVOW Solutions, treats rate management as part of quoting rather than a separate discipline. Contract rates, NVOCC tariffs, and spot quotes sit in one place, and the rate that wins a booking carries into the house bill and the invoice without a second entry.

Surcharges attach to a base rate with their own expiry dates, so a GRI or PSS change updates cleanly, and margin rules can be fixed per customer or lane. It carries 40 G2 reviews at 4.8/5, with recurring praise for fast onboarding and support.

What it will not do is benchmark your rates against the wider market, which is where a dedicated tool like Xeneta or GoComet earns its place alongside it. On pure rate procurement and benchmarking those platforms lead; CargoEZ wins when you want the rate, the quote, and the file in one system.

Best for US forwarders and NVOCCs that want rates applied operationally, not just analyzed. Wrong for teams buying a standalone benchmarking or e-sourcing tool.

Best for pulling live air and ocean spot rates and booking them in the same step

What's great

  • WebCargo automates rate procurement, pricing, and sale across air and ocean for more than 1,000 forwarders, with contract rates loaded and spot rates pulled live from carriers
  • Instant air eBooking connects to dozens of airlines, so a quoted spot rate converts to a confirmed booking without a separate carrier email
  • Largest third-party review base among the rate-focused tools here at 389 on G2

Watch-outs

  • It manages rates, quoting, and booking, not the shipment file, customs, or accounting
  • Support quality is rated unevenly across channels
  • Marketplace transaction economics need modeling against the rate access you gain

Freightos, through WebCargo, is the layer that turns a rate into a booking. Contract rates load into the platform and spot rates come live from carriers, so a forwarder builds a quote from current numbers rather than a rate sheet that may be two GRIs out of date.

The air eBooking side connects to dozens of airlines, closing the gap between a quoted spot rate and a confirmed slot. It holds 4.1/5 on Capterra across 28 reviews and 4.3/5 on Capterra , the deepest track record in this group.

It is not a system of record, so it sits on top of CargoEZ, GoFreight, or Magaya rather than replacing them.

Best for forwarders whose pain is stale spot rates and slow carrier booking. Wrong as a place to run the file or the ledger.

Best for large forwarders managing thousands of contract rates and NVOCC tariffs on one data model

What's great

  • Rate Management module holds buy and sell rates, NVOCC tariffs, and surcharge schedules across air, ocean, and road on the same database as operations and customs
  • Automated rate roll and versioning, so GRI, PSS, and BAF updates apply by effective date with the prior version retained for audit
  • Sell-rate and margin rules feed the quoting and eDoc workflow directly, which suits high file volume

Watch-outs

  • Capterra sits at 2.9/5, with support the loudest complaint, and implementation runs 6 to 12 months
  • The December 2025 Value Pack repricing raised many customers' costs 20 to 50 percent
  • Overkill for a forwarder managing a few hundred rate lines

CargoWise, from WiseTech Global, folds rate management into the same data model as operations and customs. The module carries buy and sell rates, NVOCC tariffs, and surcharge schedules, with automated rate roll so a GRI or BAF change applies by effective date and the old version stays on file for audit.

Sell-rate and margin rules feed quoting and documentation without a hand-off, which is the point at high volume. On G2 it holds 4.3/5 across 30 reviews , but Capterra sits at 2.9/5 , where support and the 2025 Value Pack repricing draw the complaints.

Best for large forwarders with the volume and the resources to run rate management inside one global platform. Wrong for any shop under a few hundred shipments a month.

Best for running large freight procurement tenders and locking award rates into a contract library

What's great

  • Freight Procurement runs structured tenders with scenario optimization, so a forwarder or shipper can award a lane network across carriers on total cost rather than line by line
  • Award rates flow into a contract rate library with validity periods and feed the execution and freight-settlement modules
  • Rate benchmarking add-on compares tender results against a market index

Watch-outs

  • Road freight in Europe is the historical strength, so US air and ocean depth is narrower than Freightos or CargoWise
  • Enterprise pricing and a longer implementation than a point sourcing tool
  • Limited independent review coverage since the Trimble acquisition

Transporeon, now part of Trimble, is built for the big sourcing event. Its Freight Procurement module runs structured tenders with scenario modeling, so you award a whole lane network on optimized total cost instead of picking the cheapest quote per lane.

Award rates drop into a contract library with validity windows and feed the execution and freight-settlement modules, which closes the loop between what you tendered and what you pay. A benchmarking add-on checks tender outcomes against market levels.

Its roots are European road freight, so US ocean and air coverage is lighter than the forwarder-native tools, and product documentation carries more weight here than a thin review base.

Best for shippers and larger forwarders that run periodic network-wide tenders. Wrong for a forwarder that just needs a rate table behind a quoting screen.

Best for warehouse-heavy forwarders that need rate and tariff tables next to operations

What's great

  • Rate and tariff management sits in the same system as forwarding, WMS, and customs, so a quote pulls from stored buy rates and applies sell margins in one screen
  • Rate cards support carrier contracts, NVOCC tariffs, and local surcharges with effective and expiry dates
  • Largest US SMB install base here, with 290 G2 reviews at 4.4/5 and strong document automation

Watch-outs

  • Parts of the interface still feel dated to reviewers
  • Modular pricing means rates, WMS, customs, and CRM each add to the bill
  • Live spot-rate APIs are lighter than Freightos or GoComet

Magaya is the pick when rate management needs to live next to a warehouse. Its rate and tariff tables sit in the same platform as forwarding operations, WMS, and customs, so a quote draws on stored buy rates and applies sell margins without leaving the file.

Rate cards handle carrier contracts, NVOCC tariffs, and local surcharges with effective and expiry dating. The 290 G2 reviews at 4.4/5 are the deepest here, though Capterra reviewers flag an aging interface in places.

Live spot-rate feeds are thinner than the specialist tools, so heavy spot buyers still add WebCargo or GoComet.

Best for US SMB forwarders running bonded or 3PL space who want rates in the same system. Wrong for teams whose main need is live spot procurement.

Best for shippers and forwarders comparing rate tables across many carriers on road-heavy lanes

What's great

  • Uploads and stores rate tables from many carriers and compares them side by side for a shipment, so the cheapest compliant option surfaces automatically
  • Handles fuel and other surcharges as table components with their own validity, and keeps prior rate versions for reference
  • Publishes subscription tiers rather than pure custom quote, which is rare in this category

Watch-outs

  • Built around European road freight and multi-carrier parcel and LTL, so US air and ocean forwarding depth is limited
  • Smaller vendor with a modest review base
  • Not a shipment system of record or an accounting tool

Cargoson is a rate-table manager first. You load carrier rate cards, it compares them for each shipment, and it books with the winner, which suits an operation juggling many carriers on overlapping lanes.

Surcharges are handled as dated table components and old rate versions are retained. On Capterra it scores 4.9/5 , and unusually for this category it publishes subscription tiers rather than quoting everything.

The catch for a US reader is that its center of gravity is European road freight, so air and ocean forwarding features are thinner than the forwarder-native suites.

Best for shippers and forwarders whose problem is comparing many carrier rate tables quickly. Wrong for an ocean and air NVOCC that needs deep tariff and customs handling.

Best for forwarders that want rate and tariff management wired to full financial accounting

What's great

  • Rate and tariff module covers air, ocean, and land buy and sell rates and connects to billing and a full general ledger, so quoted margin and booked profit reconcile in one system
  • Used by more than 1,000 forwarders across 50-plus countries, with responsive support cited on Capterra and Gartner Peer Insights
  • Multi-currency rate handling and MIS reporting on rate performance by lane and customer

Watch-outs

  • G2 presence is effectively a single review, so cross-platform validation is limited
  • India-headquartered, so US buyers should confirm support hours and US surcharge and tariff templates
  • Broad ERP scope means longer configuration than a focused rate tool

Logi-Sys, from Softlink Global, puts rate management inside a full forwarding ERP. Buy and sell rates for air, ocean, and land connect to billing and a real general ledger, so the margin you quote and the profit you book reconcile without a separate finance system.

On Capterra it holds 4.7/5 across 24 reviews with a steady Gartner Peer Insights presence. Multi-currency rates and lane-level MIS reporting round it out.

The caveats are a thin G2 footprint and an India base, so US forwarders should pressure-test surcharge templates and support hours in the trial.

Best for forwarders that want rate margin and financial accounting genuinely unified. Wrong for buyers who need a large US reference base or a standalone rate tool.

  • The interface is repeatedly described as aging
  • Enterprise pricing and a long implementation
  • Rate tooling is a component of a broad suite rather than a standalone product, so smaller forwarders often pair Descartes for compliance with another quoting tool

Descartes handles rate management as one piece of a compliance-led suite. Buy and sell rates, surcharge schedules, and effective dating connect to routing, rating, and ACE customs filing, which suits a forwarder where a misfiled entry is a bigger risk than a stale rate.

The Forwarder Enterprise Suite carries a 4.2/5 G2 rating, and comparison reviews credit better support than CargoWise while noting the dated interface. The wider Descartes network adds carrier connectivity over time.

Rate tooling here is a suite component, not a standalone product, so smaller forwarders often run Descartes for compliance and quote elsewhere.

Best for enterprise forwarders and brokers where rates, routing, and customs must sit together. Wrong for a small forwarder wanting a focused rate-management tool.

Tools we considered but excluded

We evaluated more tools than the 10 you see above. These did not make the cut. Saying what we rejected, and why, is the editorial muscle most listicles skip.

  • GoFreight: Strong US mid-market forwarding platform with rate tables, but rate management is a light module inside operations rather than a differentiator for this keyword
  • Logitude World: Budget forwarding tool with basic rate and quote features; lacks tender, benchmarking, and surcharge-automation depth
  • Rose Rocket: North American TMS with rate and margin tools for brokerage, but ocean and air rate management is shallow
  • project44: Real-time visibility platform with some freight-audit features, but not a rate-management system
  • Oracle Transportation Management: Enterprise shipper TMS with rating engines; out of scope for forwarder and NVOCC sell-rate management

Honorable mentions

Solid tools that did not crack the main list but are worth tracking, especially for niche use cases.

  • Shipsta: Freight e-sourcing and rate-digitization platform, now part of Freightos; worth a demo as its independent review base grows
  • GoFreight: If you want rate tables bundled into a modern US forwarding system rather than a standalone rate tool
  • project44: If freight-rate audit and benchmarking sit within a visibility programme you already run

Why rate data goes stale, and what it costs

A freight rate is a perishable item. An ocean contract runs 12 months but gets amended by service contract addenda every few weeks. Spot rates move daily. A GRI lands on the first and the fifteenth. PSS and peak-season adders appear with two weeks’ notice.

When that data lives in a shared spreadsheet, three things go wrong. Quotes go out on rates that expired last Tuesday. A surcharge the carrier already announced never reaches the sell price, so the file loses money on arrival. And nobody can answer, six weeks later, which version of the rate was live when the booking was quoted.

The failure modes are consistent across the forwarders we looked at:

  • Sell rates quoted below the current buy rate because a GRI or BAF revision was missed
  • Contract rates applied past their validity date because no alert fired
  • Two salespeople quoting the same lane at different numbers with no shared margin rule
  • Freight invoices paid without a check against the contracted rate, so overbilled surcharges go through
  • No record of which rate version produced a given quote when a customer disputes it

Rate management software exists to close those five gaps. The tools split into two camps, and picking the wrong camp wastes the implementation.

Contract, spot, and NVOCC tariff rates are three separate jobs

Contract rates are negotiated, lane-specific, and time-bound. The job is storage with validity dates, amendment tracking, and an alert before expiry. CargoWise, CargoEZ, Magaya, Descartes, and Logi-Sys all do this inside the operations record. Transporeon does it as the output of a tender.

Spot rates change too fast to store. The job is a live pull from the carrier or a marketplace at quote time. Freightos WebCargo is built for this on air and ocean, GoComet pulls spot through its procurement flow, and Xeneta shows the market spot level so you know if the number you were given is fair.

NVOCC tariffs are your own published rates, filed and rules-based, with commodity, class, and origin-destination logic. This is a narrower need. CargoWise and CargoEZ handle NVOCC tariff structures directly; most of the lighter tools do not.

Most US forwarders need the first two well and the third only if they file their own tariffs. Match the shortlist to that before booking demos.

Surcharge handling: GRI, PSS, BAF, and the local charges

The base ocean or air rate is the small part of the problem. The accessorials are where margin leaks: GRI, PSS, BAF, CAF, ISPS, low-sulphur, congestion, chassis, and a dozen local charges that vary by port.

The question to ask every vendor is how a surcharge is modeled. The weak pattern is a flat line item you type into each quote. The strong pattern is a surcharge table linked to a base rate, with its own effective and expiry dates, its own unit basis (per container, per kilo, per shipment, percentage), and automatic application when a quote is built for that lane and date.

CargoEZ, CargoWise, Freightos WebCargo, and Cargoson handle surcharges as structured, dated components. When a carrier announces a GRI, you update one table and every quote from the effective date forward picks it up. GoComet checks billed surcharges against the expected schedule during invoice audit, which catches the ones that slip through anyway.

If a tool cannot show you surcharge tables with independent validity dates in the demo, assume your team will be keying accessorials by hand.

Rate expiry, versioning, and the audit trail

Two capabilities matter here and they are often confused.

Expiry management is forward-looking. The system knows a contract rate ends on a date, warns you ahead of time, and stops or flags quotes built on an expired rate. CargoEZ, Magaya, CargoWise, and Descartes do this. Transporeon ties it to the tender award period.

Versioning is backward-looking. When a rate changes, the old version is retained, not overwritten, and any quote or booking records which version it used. This is what lets you defend a quote in a customer dispute or an internal margin review months later. CargoWise’s automated rate roll keeps prior versions by design. Logi-Sys ties the version to the billing record.

Spreadsheets fail both tests. There is no alert and there is no history once a cell is edited. If rate disputes or margin audits are a regular event for your team, weight versioning heavily and confirm it works the way the salesperson claims.

Margin and markup rules, and where quoting engines diverge

A buy rate is only useful if it turns into a consistent sell rate. This is where the forwarder-native tools separate from the procurement tools.

CargoEZ, CargoWise, Magaya, Freightos WebCargo, and Logi-Sys let you set markup rules: a percentage or flat uplift per lane, per customer, per trade, or per commodity, applied automatically when a quote is generated. That keeps two salespeople from quoting the same lane at different numbers, and it lets you run a house minimum margin.

GoComet and Xeneta sit on the buy side. They help you source and benchmark the buy rate, but the sell-price logic and the quote itself happen in your operations or quoting system. That is the core reason CargoEZ places top-3 here rather than leading: for a forwarder, the rate has to land in the quote, the house bill, and the invoice, and the dedicated procurement platforms stop short of that.

If your pain is inconsistent pricing across a sales team, you need markup rules in the tool. If your pain is that you are overpaying carriers, you need the procurement and audit tools.

Migrating off spreadsheets and legacy rate tables

The move into a rate-management system is a data project, and it is worth planning before you sign.

Start by exporting every live rate sheet into one flat file: origin, destination, mode, carrier, commodity, base rate, each surcharge with its basis and validity, and the contract reference. Most forwarders find gaps at this stage, rates with no end date, surcharges nobody can source, duplicate lanes. Fix that in the spreadsheet first, because a clean import beats a fast one.

Ask the vendor for their rate import template and load a real sample, not their demo data. Check how amendments are handled: can you import a contract addendum as a version, or does it overwrite. Check whether surcharge tables come in linked to base rates or as loose lines you have to reattach.

Run parallel for one full quoting cycle. Quote a set of live enquiries in both the spreadsheet and the new system and compare the sell prices. Differences usually trace to a surcharge rule or a markup that did not carry over. Budget two to six weeks for this depending on how many lanes you run.

Keep the old rate sheets read-only for a quarter after cutover. You will need them the first time a customer disputes a rate quoted just before the switch.

Final pick by how you buy and sell capacity

  • Forwarder or shipper whose main problem is overpaying carriers: GoComet, for reverse-auction sourcing and invoice audit against stored rates.
  • Team that negotiates large ocean and air volume: Xeneta, to benchmark every contract against real market levels before signing.
  • US forwarder or NVOCC that wants rates inside the quoting engine: CargoEZ, so a won rate flows to the house bill and invoice with no re-keying.
  • Air-heavy forwarder living on spot rates: Freightos WebCargo, for live carrier rates and instant eBooking in one step.
  • Large multi-branch forwarder with thousands of rate lines and NVOCC tariffs: CargoWise, accepting the implementation and the 2025 repricing.
  • Shipper or forwarder running periodic network-wide tenders: Transporeon, for structured sourcing events and an award-rate library.
  • Warehouse-heavy SMB forwarder: Magaya, for rate and tariff tables in the same system as WMS and customs.
  • Multi-carrier road and LTL operation comparing rate tables: Cargoson, for side-by-side carrier comparison with published pricing.
  • Forwarder that wants quoted margin and booked profit reconciled: Logi-Sys, for rate management wired to a full general ledger.
  • Enterprise forwarder or broker where rates, routing, and customs must sit together: Descartes Forwarder Enterprise.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best freight rate management software?

GoComet ranks first here for AI reverse-auction sourcing and freight-rate audit. It holds 4.8/5 on Capterra across 51 reviews.

What is the difference between rate management and rate benchmarking?

Rate management stores and applies your contract and spot rates. Benchmarking, like Xeneta, compares them against real market levels before you negotiate.

How do these tools handle GRI, PSS, and BAF surcharges?

Leading tools attach surcharges to a base rate as dated components, so a GRI or BAF change updates by effective date. CargoEZ, CargoWise, and Freightos do this.

Can freight rate management software track rate expiry?

Yes. CargoEZ, Magaya, CargoWise, and Descartes flag expiring contract rates and keep prior versions for audit.

Which tool is best for NVOCC tariff management?

CargoWise and CargoEZ handle NVOCC tariffs with buy and sell rates on the same data model as operations and filing.

How much does freight rate management software cost?

Most is quote-only. Logi-Sys starts near $80 per user per month and Cargoson publishes tiers; GoComet, Xeneta, and CargoWise are custom.

Does CargoEZ do rate benchmarking?

No. CargoEZ manages contract and spot rates inside its quoting engine. Pair it with Xeneta or GoComet for market benchmarking.

Can I set margin and markup rules by customer or lane?

Yes. CargoEZ, Freightos WebCargo, CargoWise, Magaya, and Logi-Sys support sell-rate rules per customer, lane, or trade.

What is the best low-cost option?

There is no strong free tier. Cargoson publishes the lowest entry tiers; Logi-Sys lists from about $80 per user per month.

Which tool catches carrier overbilling on surcharges?

GoComet's freight-audit module reconciles each carrier invoice against the stored rate. CargoWise and Logi-Sys check billed versus contracted internally.
