TL;DR
- CargoEZ: best overall end-to-end forwarding ERP for US forwarders and NVOCCs. One cloud system for multi-modal operations, AMS and ISF filing, WMS, logistics CRM, rates, eAWB, a customer portal, and multi-currency accounting, with 24/7 support and week-scale go-live. G2 4.8/5 across 40 reviews.
- Logi-Sys: best for forwarders that want operations and a full financial ledger genuinely unified. Sales and CRM, air, ocean and land ops, WMS, TMS, billing, GL, and MIS reporting in one platform, used by 1,000-plus forwarders across 50-plus countries. Capterra 4.7/5 across 24 reviews.
- Magaya Supply Chain: best for warehouse-heavy forwarders. Largest US SMB install base here at 4.4/5 on G2 across 309 reviews, with warehouse management in the same system as forwarding and customs.
- CargoWise: best for global enterprise forwarders. Native US ACE, ABI and ISF plus 50-plus country customs regimes on one data model, though Capterra sits at 2.9/5 and the 2025 Value Pack repricing raised many bills 20 to 50 percent.
- Descartes Forwarder Enterprise: best when US trade compliance is the core risk. Denied-party screening, trade content, and ACE-enabled filing from a compliance-first vendor, at a 4.2/5 G2 rating.
Ten freight forwarding ERP platforms ranked for US forwarders and NVOCCs on running operations, US customs filing, warehouse management, logistics CRM, and a real general ledger in one system rather than a stack of point tools. Where the all-in-one model pays off, where best-of-breed still wins, and the pick for your volume, lane mix, and back-office setup.
What is freight forwarding ERP software?
Freight forwarding ERP software runs a forwarder or NVOCC on one system across the whole file, meaning quoting and CRM, operations for air, ocean and land, documentation, US customs filing, warehouse management, a customer portal, billing, and full multi-currency accounting with a general ledger and MIS reporting.
Platforms like CargoEZ, Logi-Sys, Magaya, and CargoWise differ on US customs-filing depth (AMS, ISF, ACE), whether the accounting is a true GL or an export to QuickBooks, warehouse and CRM depth, MIS and BI reporting, and deployment model, which is cloud-native for the newer tools and on-premise legacy for some incumbents.

How we chose these tools
This comparison draws on documented product capabilities, recurring themes across G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights review samples, vendor pricing pages and third-party pricing databases checked in August 2026, and published product documentation. Ratings and review counts were read from live product pages in August 2026. The assessment is framed for US freight forwarders and NVOCCs evaluating an end-to-end ERP, meaning operations plus customs plus WMS plus CRM plus full accounting and MIS in one system. Real-time visibility platforms, rate-only marketplaces, domestic trucking TMS suites, and shipper-oriented enterprise TMS are out of scope except where noted. Vendor blogs and vendor comparison pages were not used as neutral evidence.

Detailed reviews
CargoEZ
Best overall end-to-end forwarding ERP for US forwarders and NVOCCs that want operations, customs, and accounting on one cloud systemWhat's great
- Multi-modal air, ocean, and land operations with quoting, booking, eAWB issuance, and a customer portal in the same system, so the file never leaves one platform
- US customs filing built in, covering AMS, ISF, and customs entries plus denied-party screening, which removes the separate compliance tool most forwarders bolt on
- Rates and tariff management, WMS, a logistics CRM, and native multi-currency invoicing under one login, with 24/7 support and implementations measured in weeks
Watch-outs
- G2 review base is small at 40 next to Magaya (309) or Freightos (28), so third-party validation is thinner
- Pricing is quote-only with no public tiers, so budgeting needs a sales call
- All-in-one breadth means individual modules like WMS and CRM are less deep than dedicated point products
CargoEZ, from AVOW Solutions, is built for the forwarder that wants to run the entire file in one place rather than stitch together an operations tool, a customs filer, and an accounting package. Its 40 G2 reviews average 4.8/5, and the recurring themes are fast onboarding, responsive support, and non-technical operations staff picking it up quickly.
For US forwarders and NVOCCs the practical draw is that AMS, ISF, and customs filing sit inside the same platform as air and ocean operations, rates and accounting , and the customer portal, with multi-currency invoicing handled natively. The usual freight software project is really an integration project, and this collapses most of it.
The trade-off is a shorter public track record than the incumbents and no published pricing, so you commit to a demo and a quote before you can compare cost. One operations lead we spoke with valued the week-scale go-live over the deeper feature menus of the enterprise suites.
Best for small to mid-size US forwarders and NVOCCs that want operations, US customs, and finance on one cloud system. Wrong for multinationals that need dozens of country customs regimes on day one, where CargoWise still leads.

Logi-Sys
Best for forwarders that want end-to-end operations and a real general ledger in one ERPWhat's great
- One system across sales and CRM, air, ocean and land operations, WMS, TMS, billing, and full financial accounting with a general ledger, so profit per file is native rather than an export
- Used by more than 1,000 forwarders across 50-plus countries, with module-per-line-of-business structure plus MIS and BI reporting for management
- Steady presence on Gartner Peer Insights and 92 percent positive sentiment on Capterra, with regular updates and responsive support cited
Watch-outs
- G2 presence is effectively a single review, so cross-platform validation is limited
- India-headquartered vendor, so US buyers should confirm US-hours support and native AMS and ISF coverage during the trial
- The breadth means longer configuration than a focused operations tool
Logi-Sys, from Softlink Global, is a true forwarding ERP: operations, CRM, warehouse, TMS, billing, and a real general ledger in one platform, with MIS and BI on top. On Capterra it holds 4.7/5 across 24 reviews with 92 percent positive sentiment, and it keeps a steady presence on Gartner Peer Insights and SoftwareAdvice .
The appeal is the finance layer. Forwarders that want profit-per-file, multi-currency accounting, and management reporting without a separate ERP get it in one login. The module-per-line-of-business design means you switch on WMS, TMS, or CRM as you need them.
The caveats are a thin G2 footprint and an India base, so US NVOCCs should pressure-test AMS and ISF filing and support hours in the trial. Published entry pricing starts near $80 per user per month, with full ERP configurations quoted.
Best for forwarders that want operations and accounting genuinely unified in one system. Wrong for buyers who need a large US reference base before they sign, or who want to be live in under a month.

Magaya Supply Chain
Best for US SMB forwarders that need forwarding plus warehouse management in one systemWhat's great
- Largest US SMB install base in this comparison, with 290 G2 reviews at 4.4/5 and strong marks for document generation
- Warehouse management sits in the same system as forwarding and customs, which suits forwarders running bonded or 3PL space
- Named a Leader in nine G2 Winter 2026 grid reports across supply chain and logistics categories
Watch-outs
- Parts of the interface still feel dated to reviewers
- Accounting-integration and scaling complaints recur on Capterra
- Modular pricing adds up as you switch on WMS, customs, and CRM
Magaya is the default recommendation for a US small-to-mid forwarder that also moves freight through a warehouse. The 290 G2 reviews at 4.4/5 are the deepest track record here, and the vendor was named a Leader in nine G2 Winter 2026 grids .
Document automation and WMS are the strong points; forwarders cite how fast it produces house bills, arrival notices, and manifests. The softer spots show on Capterra , where reviewers flag an aging interface in places and friction connecting external accounting.
As an ERP it is close but not complete: the accounting is workable for many forwarders, though shops with heavy finance needs often still run a separate ledger. Pricing is modular and quote-based, so the WMS plus customs plus CRM configuration costs meaningfully more than the forwarding core alone.
Best for US SMB forwarders with warehouse operations who want one vendor for both. Wrong for forwarders that need a modern interface out of the box or a deep general ledger in the same tool.

CargoWise
Best for global enterprise forwarders running customs, forwarding, and finance on one data model across bordersWhat's great
- Deepest global customs coverage, with native US ACE, ABI and ISF plus customs regimes for 50-plus countries in one database
- Single system across air, ocean, customs, warehouse, land, and accounting for multinational forwarders
- WiseTech Global's scale funds continued heavy product investment
Watch-outs
- Capterra rating sits at 2.9/5, with support scored around 1.9/5 by reviewers there
- Implementation typically runs 6 to 12 months and needs trained resources
- The December 2025 Value Pack pricing change raised many customers' costs 20 to 50 percent, and the learning curve is steep
CargoWise, from WiseTech Global, is the platform multinational forwarders standardize on when a shipment can touch five customs regimes before it clears. On G2 it holds 4.3/5 across 30 reviews , but Capterra tells a harder story at 2.9/5 , where support and pricing opacity draw the loudest complaints.
The capability is not in question: native ACE, ABI and ISF filing plus dozens of other country regimes, warehouse, and accounting on one data model. The cost is a multi-quarter implementation, a real training investment, and the 2025 Value Pack repricing that pushed many bills up 20 to 50 percent.
As an ERP it is the most complete option here for a large forwarder, but the total cost of ownership only lands with the volume and internal resources to run it.
Best for global forwarders with the people to run a long deployment and the shipment count to justify it. Wrong for any US-only shop under a few hundred shipments a month, where the ROI does not appear.

Descartes Forwarder Enterprise
Best for forwarders and brokers where US trade compliance and customs filing is the core riskWhat's great
- Denied-party screening, trade content, and ACE-enabled filing from a vendor whose entire identity is compliance
- Broker and Forwarder Enterprise Systems cover shipment processing, customs, accounting, and CRM for LSPs
- Support scores better than CargoWise in head-to-head G2 comparisons, and the wider Descartes network adds carrier connectivity and routing later
Watch-outs
- The interface is repeatedly described as aging, with little UX change over years
- Long implementation, typically 12 weeks or more, and enterprise pricing
- Forwarding operations depth is narrower than CargoWise or Magaya, so many buyers pair it rather than run everything on it
Descartes is the pick when the thing that keeps you up at night is a misfiled entry or a screening miss, not house-bill throughput. Its Forwarder Enterprise Suite carries a 4.2/5 G2 rating, and comparison reviews credit it with better support and setup than CargoWise while flagging the same dated interface.
The strength is trade content and ACE filing, with accounting and CRM in the broader Broker and Forwarder suite. The weakness is that pure forwarding operations are thinner than the all-in-one suites, so buyers often run Descartes for compliance alongside another operations tool, per FarEye’s alternatives roundup .
Best for enterprise forwarders and customs brokers where compliance is the primary workflow. Wrong for small forwarders that want one affordable system for everything.

GoFreight
Best for US mid-market forwarders that want a cloud-native ERP with transparent onboardingWhat's great
- Highest aggregate satisfaction in the category, with 4.8/5 on G2 across 92 reviews and 4.6/5 on Capterra, on a US-built product for forwarders and NVOCCs
- Shipment-based accounting and AMS and ISF filing in a cloud-native interface reviewers call quick to learn
- Onboarding is usually 4 to 8 weeks with implementation often bundled, and mid-market pricing is published as per-user tiers
Watch-outs
- Exact tier pricing is still gated behind a sales call
- Accounting is shipment-based rather than a full general ledger, so finance-heavy forwarders may still want a separate ERP
- A younger platform, so very large multi-entity global forwarders can outgrow it
GoFreight is the cloud-native pick for a US forwarder that finds the legacy suites heavy and the entry tools too thin. Its 88 G2 reviews average 4.8/5, the highest in this set, and its Capterra profile sits at 4.6/5 with the same points: modern interface, shipment-based accounting, short implementation.
Pricing is more transparent than most, with mid-market plans reported around $100 to $400 per user per month and implementation frequently included, per SelectHub’s profile . Where it gives ground on the ERP question is a true general ledger and multi-country customs, which is Logi-Sys, Descartes and CargoWise territory.
For a forwarder doing steady air and ocean volume out of a few US branches, that gap rarely matters. Best for US mid-market forwarders and NVOCCs that want to be live in under two months. Wrong for multinationals running many customs jurisdictions or shops that need a deep GL in the same tool.

Logitude World
Best for small forwarders that want low-cost cloud software with a short learning curveWhat's great
- 4.6/5 on G2 across 94 reviews and 4.5/5 on Capterra across roughly 40, strong for a small vendor
- Air, ocean and land forwarding with quotes, bookings, documents and tracking at an entry price well below the enterprise suites
- Reviewers report productive use within two to three weeks
Watch-outs
- Reviewers note several accounting reports are missing and that API integrations cost extra, so it is not a full ERP
- Limited fit for enterprise or multi-entity forwarders
- Interface looks dated next to GoFreight or Shipthis
Logitude World is the budget entry point for a small forwarder replacing spreadsheets and email chains. It combines a 4.6/5 G2 score across 94 reviews with a 4.5/5 on Capterra , a rare double for a vendor this size.
The workflow covers quoting, booking, documents and tracking across all three modes, and the published pricing starts near $25 per user per month. It is not an ERP: reviewers want more accounting reports, API connections are billed separately, and the interface shows its age.
Best for small US forwarders that value low cost and fast setup over depth. Wrong for anyone who needs full financial accounting and MIS in the same tool or plans to scale past a few branches.

Shipthis
Best for forwarders that want a modern, customizable, white-label ERP with AI document featuresWhat's great
- Air, ocean and land operations, quoting, document management, accounting integration, CRM, and a white-label customer portal in one cloud platform
- AI for document extraction and data entry, which reviewers on Capterra and Gartner Peer Insights single out
- Admin-controlled flexibility, so operations teams can tailor workflows without vendor tickets, and pricing is called competitive
Watch-outs
- Only one G2 review and one Gartner Peer Insights review, so cross-platform validation is very thin
- A younger vendor, so large multi-entity forwarders can outgrow it
- US customs filing depth and US-hours support need checking in the trial
Shipthis is the newest platform here and the most modern feeling. On G2 it shows 5.0/5 from a single review and on Gartner Peer Insights 4/5 from one review , so the aggregate data is thin, but the Capterra reviews and SoftwareAdvice profile are consistently positive on customization and support.
The pitch is a white-label forwarding ERP with AI document handling, covering operations, accounting integration, CRM, and a branded customer portal. Reviewers call the pricing competitive and the product easy to tailor.
Best for forwarders that want a modern, brandable portal and AI document features and can accept a small review base. Wrong for buyers who need a long US reference list or the deepest customs content on day one.

Logisuite
Best for established US NVOCCs and forwarders comfortable with a traditional back-office suiteWhat's great
- Deep NVOCC and ocean freight functionality, with LCL and FCL consolidation, ocean export and import modules, and full documentation control
- Covers freight forwarding, warehouse management, 3PL, pickup and delivery, and accounting in one long-tenured suite
- Doral-based US vendor with 24/7 support, which suits ocean-heavy NVOCCs that want a domestic contact
Watch-outs
- Not enough third-party reviews on G2 or Capterra to produce an aggregate score, so validation rests on references
- The interface is traditional and has aged, with less of the cloud-native polish of GoFreight or Shipthis
- Public pricing is not available, so budgeting needs a sales call
Logisuite is an established US logistics suite with a strong NVOCC and ocean freight focus, listed on GetApp and SourceForge but without enough G2 or Capterra reviews for an aggregate rating.
The functional coverage is broad: freight forwarding, warehouse management, 3PL, pickup and delivery, vehicle inventory, air and ocean import and export, and accounting, with LCL and FCL consolidation handling that ocean NVOCCs rely on. The vendor is Doral-based with 24/7 support.
The trade-offs are a traditional interface and a thin public review trail, so weight customer references heavily.
Best for established US NVOCCs and ocean-heavy forwarders that want a domestic vendor and are comfortable with a traditional system. Wrong for teams that expect a modern cloud UI or want strong third-party review validation before signing.

Freightos
Best for adding rate management and instant air and ocean booking to a forwarding ERPWhat's great
- WebCargo is used by more than 1,000 forwarders to automate rate management, procurement, and pricing across modes
- Instant electronic air booking with dozens of airlines plus live ocean rates
- Largest review base among the rate-focused tools here, at 389 on G2
Watch-outs
- It is a rate, quoting and booking layer, not a forwarding operations or accounting system, so it complements an ERP rather than being one
- Support is praised on some channels and called slow on others
- Marketplace economics and transaction fees need modeling before you commit
Freightos, through its WebCargo platform, is the rate and booking layer that many forwarders run on top of their ERP. It holds 4.1/5 on Capterra across 28 reviews and 4.3/5 on Capterra across 54 , and reviewers value instant quotes replacing slow email cycles.
WebCargo automates rate procurement, pricing, and sale across air and ocean, and its air eBooking connects to dozens of carriers. What it is not is a place to manage the shipment file, customs, or the ledger, so it sits alongside CargoEZ, Logi-Sys, or Magaya rather than replacing them.
Best for forwarders whose pain is rate management and quoting speed and who already have a system of record. Wrong as a standalone ERP.

Tools we considered but excluded
We evaluated more tools than the 10 you see above. These did not make the cut. Saying what we rejected, and why, is the editorial muscle most listicles skip.
- GoComet: AI rate procurement, container visibility and freight-audit layer; strong Capterra scores but no operations file or general ledger, so it complements an ERP rather than being one
- Rose Rocket: North American trucking and brokerage TMS; useful if a forwarder also dispatches trucks, but air and ocean forwarding and customs depth is limited
- project44: Real-time visibility platform used alongside a forwarding ERP, not a system of record for the file
- Oracle Transportation Management: Enterprise TMS built for large shippers and 3PLs, not forwarder and NVOCC file management with customs and forwarding accounting
- Cargoson: EU-origin transport management and multi-carrier road rate comparison; built for European shippers, not US air and ocean forwarders needing a full ERP
- Freightview: LTL rate shopping and booking for shippers; no forwarding operations, customs, or accounting
Honorable mentions
Solid tools that did not crack the main list but are worth tracking, especially for niche use cases.
- Logipulse: Cloud forwarding suite with operations, WMS and accounting modules and an NVOCC focus; worth a demo, though the third-party review base is still small
- Tai Software: Strong for US operations that blend freight brokerage with forwarding and want automation across both
- WiseTech CargoWise Neo: Lighter SMB-oriented entry into the CargoWise data model; worth watching if you want an upgrade path to the full enterprise suite
The freight forwarding ERP buyer spectrum
An ERP for a freight forwarder is a bigger promise than freight management software. It is not just running the file. It is running the file, the customs entry, the warehouse, the sales pipeline, and the books on one platform, with management reporting on top. The ten tools here split into four groups.
End-to-end forwarding ERPs. CargoEZ, Logi-Sys, and to a large degree Magaya aim to run operations, customs, WMS, CRM, and accounting in one system. For a US forwarder or NVOCC that wants a single system of record and a single vendor, this is the group to shortlist first.
Global enterprise suites. CargoWise and Descartes Forwarder Enterprise are built for scale and for customs complexity across many countries, with accounting and CRM in the wider suite. They carry six to twelve month implementations and higher total cost, and they earn it only when volume and jurisdictional spread are high.
Cloud-native operations platforms. GoFreight, Logitude, and Shipthis are modern and quick to deploy, but their accounting is shipment-based or integration-led rather than a full general ledger. They are an ERP for many small and mid-size forwarders and an operations layer plus a separate finance system for the rest.
Rate and booking layers. Freightos WebCargo sits on top of an ERP rather than replacing it. It solves rate management and instant air and ocean booking, then integrates back to the system of record.
The pricing reality in freight forwarding ERP software
Almost everything in this category is quote-based, and the published numbers that exist are entry points, not the price you will pay.
Per-user subscription is the norm. Logitude publishes from about $25 per user per month, Logi-Sys lists from $80, and GoFreight’s mid-market tiers are reported around $100 to $400 per user per month with implementation often bundled. Seat count is the main cost driver.
Modules stack the bill. Magaya, CargoEZ, Logi-Sys, and CargoWise price the forwarding core separately from WMS, customs, CRM, and full accounting. The demo configuration and the contract configuration are rarely the same, so price the modules you will actually switch on.
Enterprise means implementation fees. CargoWise and Descartes deployments commonly run six figures a year once services, training, and trade content are included. CargoWise’s December 2025 Value Pack change also raised many existing customers’ costs by 20 to 50 percent, so ask current users about renewal behavior.
The finance layer is where quotes jump. Turning on a real general ledger, multi-currency revaluation, and MIS reporting is often a separate license tier. If unified accounting is the reason you are buying an ERP, get that line item in writing early.
What to test in a freight forwarding ERP trial
Do not test the vendor demo. Test your own files, your own lanes, and your own back office.
One, run a real house shipment end to end. Take an actual air or ocean file from quote to booking to house bill to arrival notice to invoice to cash. Count the clicks and the manual re-keying. This single exercise exposes most of the workflow friction you will live with.
Two, file a test AMS and ISF. If you are a US NVOCC, confirm the system files AMS and ISF directly or through a named integration, and check how corrections and rejections are handled. CargoEZ, GoFreight, Magaya, and CargoWise cover this to different depths.
Three, close a month in the ledger. Raise multi-currency invoices, apply vendor bills against files, run profit per shipment, and produce a trial balance. Confirm whether it posts to a built-in GL or exports to QuickBooks, and how clean that export is.
Four, load your rate sheets and tariffs. Import current carrier contracts and surcharges, then produce a quote. Check whether your rate structure maps cleanly or needs rework, and whether expiring rates are flagged.
Five, give a customer the portal. Invite a real client to track a shipment, pull documents, and request a quote. Their reaction predicts adoption. If it is confusing on day one, the portal will not get used.
Six, pull the MIS reports your managers actually ask for. Branch profitability, sales-rep margin, customer aging, lane volume. If the reporting needs a data export and a spreadsheet, the ERP is not doing the ERP job.
Seven, test support in your time zone. Log a real question during a US business day and time the response. For vendors headquartered outside the US, this is the check that matters most.
What’s changing in freight forwarding ERP software in 2026
AI is landing on documents and rates first. Shipthis, GoComet, and others now use AI for document extraction, rate parsing, and invoice audit. In 2026 this automates clerical work rather than making routing decisions, and the payback is real but incremental.
Pricing is getting less transparent, not more. CargoWise’s Value Pack repricing is the visible example, but modular quote-only pricing across the category makes side-by-side cost comparison harder. Buyers are pushing for per-shipment or per-seat clarity and often not getting it.
Consolidation continues. WiseTech Global owns CargoWise, Descartes keeps acquiring across customs and network services, and Magaya has expanded through acquisition. Parent-company strategy and roadmap now belong in the evaluation alongside features.
US customs data requirements keep tightening. Advance filing and data-quality expectations for AMS, ISF, and ACE continue to rise. Forwarders are placing more weight on whether filing is native or a bolt-on, and on how the system handles rejections.
The all-in-one and best-of-breed lines are blurring. More forwarders now run one operations and accounting ERP and add a rate layer such as WebCargo or a visibility feed, rather than expecting one vendor to be best at everything.
Choosing the right freight forwarding ERP
Answer these before you book demos and the ten tools narrow to two or three.
1. Depth of the finance requirement
If you want a real general ledger, multi-currency revaluation, and branch-level MIS in the same system, shortlist Logi-Sys, CargoWise, CargoEZ, and Magaya. If shipment-based accounting plus a clean export to an accounting package is enough, GoFreight or Logitude will do.
2. US customs filing depth
If AMS, ISF, and ACE filing is central, weight CargoWise and Descartes for breadth, or CargoEZ and GoFreight for filing built into a lighter US-focused platform. Confirm native versus integrated filing during the trial.
3. Warehouse and 3PL operations
Forwarders running bonded or 3PL space should shortlist Magaya and CargoEZ, with Logi-Sys and Logisuite as alternatives. If you have no warehouse, do not pay for the module.
4. Company size and implementation tolerance
Under roughly 20 users and needing to be live fast: Logitude, GoFreight, or CargoEZ. Mid-market with warehouse operations: Magaya or CargoEZ. Multinational with resources for a 6 to 12 month project: CargoWise or Descartes.
5. Existing systems you must keep
List the tools you will not replace, such as an accounting ERP, a rating engine, or a visibility provider, then score each platform on named, documented integrations rather than roadmap promises.
Final pick by forwarder profile
- Small US forwarder or NVOCC, under 20 users, wants one system: CargoEZ for operations, US customs, and accounting on one cloud platform.
- Forwarder that wants operations and a full general ledger unified: Logi-Sys, after checking US support hours and native AMS and ISF coverage.
- Forwarder with bonded or 3PL warehouse operations: Magaya, for the deepest US SMB base and strong WMS in the same system.
- Multinational forwarder across many customs regimes: CargoWise, accepting the long implementation and the 2025 repricing.
- Compliance-first forwarder or customs broker: Descartes Forwarder Enterprise, paired with an operations tool if needed.
- US mid-market forwarder wanting a modern cloud tool: GoFreight, for the 4.8/5 G2 track record and 4 to 8 week onboarding.
- Budget-constrained small forwarder: Logitude World, for published pricing from about $25 per user per month.
- Forwarder that wants a modern white-label portal and AI documents: Shipthis, if a small review base is acceptable.
- Established US ocean NVOCC that wants a domestic vendor: Logisuite, comfortable with a traditional interface.
- Team whose main pain is rate management and booking speed: Freightos WebCargo, on top of the ERP you already run.
How we research freight forwarding ERP platforms
CEOPickz does not accept paid placements in rankings. Tool order reflects a weighted view of G2, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights review volume and satisfaction, US customs-filing capability, breadth of forwarding operations, warehouse, CRM and accounting, MIS reporting, pricing accessibility, and integration evidence.
Ratings and review counts were read from live product pages in August 2026. Pricing was taken from vendor pricing pages and established third-party pricing databases on the same date, with ranges noted where vendors publish no numbers.
This comparison does not include tools we have not researched. The excluded and honorable mention sections record the tools we evaluated and the specific reason each did not make the primary list. Vendor blogs and vendor-run comparison pages were not treated as neutral sources.
